Dr. Fuller is a Harvard educated physician who has completed an anesthesia pain management fellowship. He is triple board certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Electrodiagnostic Medicine and Pain Medicine. Dr. Fuller is a compassionate physician with a unique combination of rehabilitation, anesthesia and neurology subspecialty training who is an expert in the diagnosis and relief of spine and other chronic pain conditions.

He is an associate professor at the Rocky Vista University College of Osteopathic Medicine who has been awarded a prestigious National Institute of Disability and Rehabilitation Research grant and has presented his research at national spine and rehabilitation medical society meetings. He has published original research articles in the premier spine surgery and rehabilitation medicine journals. Dr. Fuller is Level II Accredited by the State of Colorado Division of Workers’ Compensation.
Originally from Ohio, outside of the office Dr. Fuller’s personal interests revolve around an active Colorado lifestyle. He knows that all Coloradans share his love of our beautiful state and he looks forward to providing you the finest expertise and care so you can get back to enjoying your life with your friends and loved ones.
Amanda Evans is Colorado licensed Limited Scope X-Ray Technician and Medical Assistant with additional certification in Intravenous Techniques. She has dedicated many years to providing patients with compassionate care. She was raised in Colorado Springs, CO, and moved to Denver in 2006. Outside of work she enjoys hiking, biking, and spending time with her husband and two dogs.
